But dont worry - we dont all need to go and change our pedal systems or spend even more money, as the new cleat system as the CL-MT001 is backwards compatible - so no need to change your exisitng setups. 

The new CL-MT001 claims to allow multiple angles of entry, compared to the SM-SH51 with its toe first single entry approach.  So now you can just stomp on the pedals if you so wish, or continue with the standard toe first approach - whatever floats your boat. 

Potentially suitable for people with ankle injuries like myself, which can cause pain when twisting in or out.  Im set to get a couple of sets so will let you know if they are multi point entry.
